To add or update custom fields for individual employees in HRM, access Base HRM via the app menu or at: https://hrm.base.vn/, then follow the steps below:

1. Manual Editing

  • Step 1: Select the employee whose information you want to edit.

  • Step 2: In the Personal Information section, scroll down and click Edit Custom Fields under Other Information.

  • Step 3: Update the data as needed and click Save.

*Note: For custom fields related to Salary Information, you can edit them via:

  • Navigate to Employee ListSalary & Benefits → Scroll right to enter or edit the relevant custom field data.

  • You can perform similar actions for fields in other tabs.

2. Editing Custom Fields via Excel File

  • Step 1: Hover over the "Create New" column → Click Import Options → Select Import Custom.

  • Step 2: Download the template and fill in the required data.

Step 3: Upload the completed file via Choose File → Click Continue to preview → Verify Employee IDs/ Codes → Click Import to update.

*Tips:

  • Be sure to enable the option “Verify and require accurate employee ID” to ensure correct data mapping.

=> Once completed, the employee's custom field data will be successfully updated.
