Base HRM - Settings: How to set up Work Areas on HRM in

To set up work areas, select the Base HRM icon in the application list, or access the link https://hrm.base.vn/ and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: To set up the company's department, select Settings  -  select Work areas in the left function bar.

Step 2: Click Create in the right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Fill in the information in the creation form:

After filling in the information, select " Save " to complete the operation.

In addition, you can Import Work areas from an excel file: 

• Click Download to download the sample file:

• Fill in the information: Name, area code and description then re-import the file.

• You can tick Overwrite to edit existing Expertise Areas in bulk.

*Note: Do not tick Ignore error lines so that the system can accurately report errors when entering.
