Base HRM - Settings: How to set up Web Checkin in

To set up Web Checkin Client in HRM, go to Office settings on Base HRM: https://hrm.base.com.vn/settings/offices


Step 1: Select the Office you want to set up web timekeeping >> Point to “Edit” >> Select “Add client” 

If you have not created an office location, you can add it according to the instructions here and continue.

Step 2 : Fill in the information of the client checking in:

  • Client name: name of the client for timekeeping. Example: Web timekeeping

  • Client series: you choose the type " Web Checkin "

  • Client IP address: in case the company uses a network with a static IP , you can fill in the IP to force employees to connect to the company network to check in. If you do not fill in, employees can check in anywhere if using a web browser.

  • Require checkin data re-confirmation: check and tag the manager to approve check-in cases using this web_checkin if necessary

  • Only accept check-in from employees in the same office: if selected, employees from other offices will not be able to check in using this client.

  • Only accept check-ins for selected schedules: If you check and select a schedule below, only employees in the selected schedule can check-in using this client. If you don't check, employees in this office and all schedules can use this timekeeping client.

Step 3: Click " Save " to complete the operation
