To create different types of checkin clients in each office of the company, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Base HRM from the app menu or visit https://hrm.base.vn/.
Step 2: Click on Settings icon >> Select "Office" >> Point the mouse to the "Edit" button next to each office information >> "Add client"
Step 3: Select the appropriate client type and fill in the information related to that client's settings.
Note: Items marked with * are required fields.
- Client name: Name of the checkin client. For example: Factory Local machine, Phone Checkin
- Client type. Currently the system supports the following types of checkin clients:
Each type of client will have different settings:
a. Local machine:
+ Client password: Set password as needed
+ Client IP address: in case the company uses a network with a static IP range, you can enter the IP to force employees to connect to the company network to check in.
b. Check-in on the web Base Checkin:
+ Client IP address: in case the company uses a network with a static IP range, you can enter the IP to force employees to connect to the company network to check in.
+ Request to reconfirm check-in data: In case you need to manage check-in confirmation, tick this feature and tag the person who has the right to confirm or directly manage. With multiple approvals for attendance proposals, only 1 approval is needed for the proposal to be approved.
+ SLA for finalizing: set the approval period to display on the reviewer's Reminder bar
After installation, users can access Base Checkin: https://checkin.base.vn/me >> select Web checkin.
c. Check in via Base's mobile app:
+ Verify location: fill in specific Latitude, Longitude, and maximum distance from the office where the employee is allowed to clock in (suggested distance: 100m - 200m)
+ Use GPS only
+ Detect faces in photos?
+ The remaining fields are set up similarly to part (b)
d. Self-claim:
- Setup is similar to part (b)
Step 4: Set up Applied Employees
+Employees in all offices: all employees can see and select this client to clock in.
+Only employees in office X: only employees in this office can see and clock in. In addition, there will be an exception to @tag each person/group of staff in other offices but still be able to clock in.
Step 5: Advanced settings - Only record the attendance of employees in the selected schedule: in case the same office has many departments with different working hours, you choose this feature and select the applicable schedules.
