Base E-Hiring: How to set up application form in

To set up application form for each job posting, please follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or the Base E-hiring icon on the app menu bar.
Select "Openings" >> Find and click on the job opening that needs to set up the application form.

Step 2: Select "Edit" in the job posting >> Application form
In the application form, there are 4 sections: General Information, Other Information, Custom Questions, Internal Form.

+ With General Information and Other Information, the system has pre-filled the information fields >> Which fields need to be used, you turn on the green light, and you can tick Required for the fields that the candidates are required to answer.
Additionally, the fields in these two sections will not be editable/deletable.

+ Custom questions: Besides the available system information, you can create custom questions specific to each job position.
Operation: select "Add new custom field" >> select Data type, fill in Question content, description, and select Required if needed >> click Add to save.
After creating, you can edit/delete by placing the mouse pointer over the question position, as shown in the image:


+ Internal form: Questions are only displayed to internal members, not to candidates.
The operation of creating/editing/deleting is similar to "Custom Questions".
