Base E-Hiring: Set up deadlines (SLA) for each stage in the Recruitment Process in

The recruitment process on Hiring  can have many stages, each stage will usually have its own implementation time and performer. The Deadline (SLA)
feature for each stage can create corresponding Reminders for the responsible people, so that users can process UV profiles more effectively and quickly, improve the UV experience, and help managers easily grasp the work performance in each stage.

To set up SLA deadlines for each stage, visit Base E-Hiring ( https://hiring.base.vn/ ) and refer to the instructions below:


1. Set a deadline for the Standard Procedure.

Go to " Other options " >> Select " Phase completion time " in each stage to set the time limit for that stage.


- Phase completion time : Fill in the number of hours (maximum limit is 1 year = 8760 hours)

- Reminder : tag @username members

>> When a new job posting is created, the stage duration setting will be automatically taken according to this Standard Procedure.


2. Set a deadline for each Job Posting.

When newly created, the duration of the stage in the News will follow the general duration set in the Standard Process, after that the user can still actively edit the duration for each news. 

- Go to job posting settings >> Recruitment process >> " Edit " at each stage >> edit SLA and reminder recipients:

- Reminder: Only members who are  Recruitment Managers can be selected.

After editing, accounts mentioned in the general process that are not Stories Managers will be automatically deleted .


3. Edit SLA duration at each candidate detail.

* Normally, the deadline of each candidate will be counted from the time the UV is pulled into the stage.

* In some cases, the deadline needs to be revised (change of person in charge/UV is pulled back to the old stage/...) >> allows users to manually update the deadline in the Candidate Profile details.

  • All users with access to candidate profiles can edit deadlines. When editing deadlines, there will be a log in the Activity Log.

  • For stages without Time limit set (Time limit = 0) => Time limit editing is not allowed.

  • When editing the deadline for a candidate: The manager will receive a bell notification; at the same time, the Deadline in the Candidate and "Reminders" screens will be updated.

* Reminders

+ When the candidate is moved to a Stage, the candidate's deadline will appear on the Tagged Account's Reminder.

+ If the SLA deadline is updated, the Reminder will also be updated accordingly.

* Recruitment process interface:

The phase with SLA installed will display:

+ Add Overdue, Due in... tags to each candidate

+ Add Overdue Candidates statistics for each stage

 If the stage duration is not set, these sections will not be available.
