Base E-Hiring: Zalo OA integration in

Once the business has its own  Zalo OA channel , it can connect this  Zalo OA channel with Base E-Hiring to automatically collect information when Candidates send messages to the channel.

To connect ZaloOA and Hiring, access Base E-Hiring via the app menu bar or via the link https://hiring.base.vn/, then follow these steps:

Step 1: Select "More Options" >> "Third Party Integrations" >> "Communication Platforms"

Step 2: Select " Connect to Zalo OA "

Then the interface will switch to Zalo, you scan the QR code to log in to Zalo and confirm the "Allow" permission to use Base EHiring.

Step 3: Set up members to receive notifications (when candidates click "Message with HR" on Zalo OA)

Step 4: Collect candidate information.

+ Candidates send messages via Zalo OA >> The system will immediately create a profile in Zalo Pool with blank information.

Each Zalo account (id) only creates 1 unique Hiring profile, candidate information will be continuously updated in this profile.

When candidates send messages to Zalo OA, by default 3 options will be displayed as shown:

+ If UV chooses " Career Opportunities "

• Chat bot collects open Job Postings/Campaigns and allows candidates to apply

• After the candidate applies and fills in the information according to the chatbot script >> Update the candidate's information in the profile + Create a new application in the Recruitment News that the candidate has selected.

+ If UV selects " Company information " >> Automatically navigate to the Recruitment website / Company website

+ If UV chooses " Message with HR department " >> There will be a notification on the Hiring app to the HR set in "Notification settings" in  Step 3 

Click on the notification to navigate to the Zalo app.
