Base E-Hiring: Create batches of job postings from Excel in

You accesshttps://hiring.base.vn/  or the Base E-Hiring icon on the app menu bar, then follow these instructions:

Step 1 : Click on "Job news" >> Select "Enter job news" as shown:

Step 2 : Select "Download" to download the sample excel file.

Step 3 : Fill in the information of the job postings to be created in the template file.

Note:

+ All data in the file must be in  Text or General format.

+ Columns marked with * are required columns

+ For the fields Job title , Department , Office * , Talent Pool * >> You need to fill in 1 of the types already created on the system
+ Currency: Fill in 1 of the options - vnd/usd/baht/jpy 

+ Show salary: Fill in 1 of the options -  yes/no/1/-1 

+ Job type * : Fill in 1 of the options fulltime/parttime/intern/contract/freelancer/volunteer/all 

Step 4 : After having the complete file, click on "Select file" to import the file >> Select "Continue" >> "Add document"

Result : If the file is valid and successfully imported, the system will have a message "Successfully saved... recruitment information" as shown:
