Base E-Hiring: How to Evaluate Interviewed Candidates Based on Evaluation Criteria in

After the interview is complete, the interviewer will evaluate the candidate based on the basic criteria set out in the job posting. 

To evaluate candidates according to pre-established criteria, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or Base E-hiring on the app bar

Step 2: Select a job posting and click on the candidate you want to evaluate > Go to the detailed interface of that candidate's profile

Step 3: With what the candidate shows in the interview round, please rate (stars) the candidate based on the evaluation criteria in that UV Profile.

Additionally, you can also leave your more detailed comments about this candidate so that the recruiter has more complete information about the candidate. 

Then select Submit to save your review.

After the evaluation is complete, the scores and ratings will be summarized below.
