The Filter in Talent Pools will display  all results that contain any keyword in the keyword string you searched for .

In case you search for a keyword in the general search bar, the system will return results in multiple data fields.
For example: If you search for a candidate named Huyen and type it in the general search bar, the system will return the following results:

So, to get the system to return specific results, you can search for keywords in the filter set of each data field.

+ To search for candidates by name , simply type the candidate's name in the "Filter by candidate name" box and press Enter.

For example:  You need to find a candidate named Thai, you just need to type "Thai" in the search bar, the results will display all candidates with that keyword in their name.

+ To search for candidates by Email, you just need to type the characters in the email name that you remember into the "Email Address" box and press Enter.

For example:  You want to find a candidate and only remember the word "tue" in their email, then you just need to type this keyword into the search bar, the results will return to you results with this character.

+ To search for candidates by phone number, simply type the numeric characters in the phone number you remember into the "Phone Number" search box and press Enter.

For example:  If you want to find a candidate and only remember their phone number ending in "008", you just need to type this phrase into the search bar.

For other filters in Talent pool, such as "stage", "candidate source", "campaign", you just need to click on the Filter box and select the filter type and the system will return the results as you search.

NOTE: If you want to search on the Filter by keyword, the characters in the keyword must be adjacent to each other in the Candidate's information.
           

For example: The candidate's email is  nguyenvantue@gmail.com , then you can type the search phrase "tue" or "vantue", if you type "nguyentue", the system will not return the results you are looking for.
