In addition to the standard evaluation criteria for classifying candidates, you can add some other key requirements that candidates need to meet for this job. These requirements are often used to quickly evaluate and disqualify candidates.

To add new mandatory requirements for a job position, you proceed as follows:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or the Base E-hiring icon on the app menu bar.

Select "Openings" >> Find and click on the job posting that needs to add other key requirements

Step 2: Select "Edit" in the job posting >> select the "Competencies" tab

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, in the "Other requirements" section >> Select "Add key requirements for this job" >>  Fill in the requirements name and save it.
On this screen, you can also Edit or Delete key requirements.

After the setup is complete, in each candidate's profile when applying, the key requirement will be displayed in the right column of the screen, as shown in the following image:
When evaluating candidates, for any candidate who does not meet one of the key requirements of the job opening, you click on Disqualify, and the candidate's profile will move to the Rejected stage.
