Base E-Hiring: How to add evaluation criteria for a job opening in

To add evaluation criteria for each job posting, you need to be a Job Owner / HR Manager or System Owner. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Access https://hiring.base.vn/ or the Base E-hiring icon on the app menu bar.

Select "Openings" >> Find and click on the job posting that needs additional evaluation criteria.

Step 2: Select "Edit" in the job posting >> select the "Competencies" tab
Method 1: Select "Quickly add a new competency" to create a new criteria that is not already available in the settings.
Enter the new criteria name and select the criterion group.

Method 2: Click "Add more competencies" or "Add competency for this job opening" to select the available criteria in the settings.

Step 3: Select criteria for evaluating candidates, enter the Expectation Score and Weight.

Note:

+ With the option "Add more competencies" >> You can select multiple criteria in one time of addition.

+ Expected score: The score that the candidate needs to achieve to meet the requirements, based on a 5-point scale.

+ Weight: The ratio of this criterion compared to other candidate evaluation criteria >> The more important the criterion, the higher the weight.

After filling in all the information >> Select "Save" to complete adding evaluation criteria for the job opening.
