Base E-Hiring: How to set up departments in

To set up, add new, or edit Departments in the Company, you can use 2 methods:


1. Add department manually:

You go to Base E-hiring >> App permissions >> Company Department (Location & Department) >> click Add department:

 


2. Add from Excel file: 

You go to Base E-hiring >> App permissions >> Company Department (Location & Department) >> click Import in Departments section

To successfully upload an Excel file to the system, you need to download the sample file and fill in the information fields in the sample file.

+ Note: The data must be standardized according to the template; if you add or remove any other fields, the file will not be successfully uploaded to the system.


TIPS: You can use the following tool to quickly edit, move positions, or delete departments.
