Base E-Hiring: How to Add a Work Location in

To set up, add, or edit locations on Base Hiring, you can proceed in two ways:


1. Add a location manually:

You go to Base E-hiring >> App permissions >> Company Department (Location & Department) >> click Add new location:


2. Add from Excel file: 

You go to Base E-hiring >> App permissions >> Company Department (Location & Department) >> click Import in Location  section

To successfully upload an Excel file to the system, you need to download the sample file and fill in the information fields in the sample file.

Note: The data must be standardized according to the template; if you add or remove any other fields, the file will not be successfully uploaded to the system.


TIPS: You can use the following tool to quickly edit, move locations, or delete places.
