In Base E-hiring, there are three basic levels of permission:
1. HR managers: Is a member of the E-hiring system administration. HR managers can view all job postings on the system, all candidates, and all talent pools. In addition, only the HR Manager has the authority to delete or edit talent pools and view the comprehensive recruitment report for the entire system.
If the account already exists in Base Account (account.base.vn), you access hiring.base.vn >> select "App Permissions" >>Scroll down to the "HR managers" section, here you tag @username >> Enter or click Add to complete.
If that account is not created yet in the system, click on Add new accounts and fill in the information to create a new account.
2. HR executives: As members of the Human Resources department, they can view and manage the recruitment positions they are responsible for. Allowed to view the talent pools but not to edit, delete, or modify any items in the talent pools.
To add a new account, you do it similarly to the HR manager.
3. Members: Is a regular member - Not authorized to post job listings, members can only participate when tagged in specific Job Listings or specific Candidates.
These members will be automatically retrieved from the Member list of Base e-Hiring in the Base Account section. If you don't have one yet, you can Add new accounts.
