Reminders is a feature that reminds you of tasks you need to complete, including tasks that are about to be completed and tasks that are overdue. Reminders helps you track, manage and promptly handle these tasks. Specifically, the mechanism is as follows:

1. "Important" tab

Reminders for tasks with deadlines 7 days before and after actual time. 

For example: Today is November 15, the system will display tasks to be done from November 15 to November 21 and overdue tasks from November 9 to November 14.

2. The "Today"
Tab displays tasks that are due today.

3. "Late"
tab Shows tasks that are overdue but not completed.

4. Schedule

Show all tasks that appear in Scheduled Reminders or just tasks in Important.

How to access the schedule

Note:

• Show only tasks assigned to yourself
• Need to set deadline or SLA to be reminded in reminders
• The number displayed on reminders updates according to the number of tasks in the Important tab.
• Tasks due more than 7 days before or after can be viewed in the Schedule
