Base Workflow: Import tasks from Excel to a Workflow in

To add jobs from an Excel file to a Workflow, go to https://workflow.base.vn/ or Base Workflow on the app bar, select the Workflow to import jobs and follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Select the "..." icon in the top right corner of the interface => select "Import and export" =>  select "Import multiple jobs from Excel"

Step 2:  Download the sample file and enter data into the Excel file according to the corresponding information columns. 

Note:

• With custom data fields you add to the workflow when exporting the template file, those fields will be automatically updated.

• Required custom data fields in setting up a workflow, must be filled in fully in the Excel file

• Each sheet in Excel must correspond to the stages in the workflow, you just need to fill in the information in the All sheet in Excel

• Creator, Assignee, Followers section tags by username

• When importing data from an Excel file, the "stage" will be selected, and the task will display the correct stage according to the information set in the Excel file. At that time, there will be no history of the previous stage.

Step 3. Select "Select file"  > Upload file > Select  "Continue"

Note:  After the file is updated, a preview will be displayed. Compare the columns on Excel with the columns displayed below to compare the order of the data fields. If:

• The order of data in the Excel file and the display of data columns do not match, you move the mouse to the 3-dash symbol at the beginning of the data in the table below and drag and drop to the appropriate position. Then, select "Import data" to import the data to the workflow.

• If the order of the columns is correct, select "Import data" to update the data to the workflow.

Step 4. After successfully importing the workflow will be displayed as shown
