1. View jobs of direct reports:

Step 1: Click My jobs >> Jobs of my team: 

This window shows you all jobs of your direct reports at any stage of all workflows

Step 2: If you want to filter the on-processing jobs, you can choose the Active filter here:

Besides, you can choose some quick filter: done/failed/overdue jobs. If you want to filter by more indicators such as by workflows, created date, deadline, finish date,...you can open the filter box here:

2. View todos of direct reports

Click My todos >> My direct reports

You can choose one of quick filter: Doing/Completed/Overdue or open Advanced filters on the right side to view as your need.
