Base Office: Print document by template in

To print document by template, please follow the steps bellow:

• Step 1: Go to https://office.base.vn/  or Base Office app 

• Step 2: In the left menu bar, select  Settings 

• Step 3:  You choose Document type>> Edit>> Edit print template

• Step 4: You create a print template with the doc or docx file by use variables on template file (the system will make automatic replace), then you add the file in section " Template "

File will show below the document type

• Step 5: You choose a document to print>> print document by template 

The file after printing will display as follows:
