Base Office: Create outgoing document in

To create a outgoing document, please follow the steps bellow:


  • Step 2: In the left menu bar , you choose "Create document"


  • Step 3: You select type" Outgoing document", Document type, Storage and Collection >> Continue


  • Step 4: You fill in information and set permission in item "Advanced settings" >> select Create


You fill in the information:

  • Document title: the name of document
  • Selected folder: select the folder that belongs to the "Collection"
  • Document code: retrieved by setting information code of Document type
  • Sent from : fill in where to sent document
  • Email notification: choose whether to email notifications or not
  • Follower: tag followers to follow document
  • Electronic signature: choose Yes/ No
  • External recipients: the recipient is a person/ company/ organization outside the system
  • Internal recipients: tag people in the system who can see the document when the document has been published
  • Content: Content of the document
  • Attachments: Attach related files of the document
  • Keyword: keywords help to quickly search document
  • Advanced settings: You tick the options bellow:
