Base Workflow: Add default todos in a stage in

To add a list of default todos in a stage, go to https://workflow.base.vn/, select a workflow and kindly follow the below instructions:

Step 1: Select "Settings"

Step 2: Add todos in each stage, then click "Create"

*Note: If no assignee is set, the todo will be assigned to the current job owner

Step 3: To-do will be shown as below: 

*Note: How to assign to-do:

- Assigned to a specific worker: this person will be the default worker of the todos when the job is moved to the setup stage.

- Not assigned to anyone:  job workers will also take charge of the todos in that job.

- Has not been assigned to anyone in the task and no one is the executor: This case occurs due to job assigned setup: "Unassign the job - let the stage managers decide". When the job is moved to this stage, stage owners will choose the task and job worker.
