Base Workflow: Forward a job from one Workflow to another in

To perform process transition in WorkFlow, you first need to access https://workflow.base.vn/

Kindly follow the steps below: 

Step 1: Click on the Workflow you need to perform >> Click"Settings" to set up job forwarding at the stage you need to do.

Step 2: In the "FORWARDING WORKFLOW" section >> click "Add new forwarding" 

Step 3: Select the workflow you need to transfer to

Step 4 : Set up the information you need to forward including:
1. Job can be moved from

2. How jobs are assigned 

3. Who can follow

4. Custom fields are forwarded to

Step 5: If you choose to manually forward the task (In section 2 step 4) > You select the task to forward and click on the arrow in the right corner>> then select "Forward to another workflow"

Step 6:  Select the Workflow to forward

** Note if you want to forward automatically you can customize as below:

You select the automatic forwarding option as shown below. Then, the installation task will automatically move to the next workflow.

You can double-check whether the task has been forwarded successfully by going to "Forward Log" in the job detail.
