Base Wework: Open/Close a Project/Team in

To close or open a project/team, access Base Wework  https://wework.base.vn/  and follow the instructions below: 

1. Go to your project/team > Click on the three dots icon:

a. Select " Close Project/Team"

b. Update project information before closing

- Closed status: Successful, failed or cancelled

- Stop task reminders: Select No if you want to continue receiving notifications for tasks that are still running in the project. Select Yes if you want to stop receiving notifications.

- Update message: Explains the reason for project/team closure.

** Note: After closing the project/team, it will not be possible to update more task in the project and the project will not be displayed in the black menu bar.

2.  To reopen a project/team you have closed, click on "Projects and teams" > Select "Closed" Status to find your project.

a. Select the project you want to open > Click on the three dots > Select " Reopen Project "

b. Update project information before opening 

- Open status: On track, off track or at risk

- Restart task reminders: this item is used to re-enable the task reminder feature on Reminder

- Update message: reason for reopening the project
