1.Introduction to Milestone:

Milestones are important goals in a project. Goal completion is demonstrated by the completion of important tasks associated with that goal.

2. How to set goals:

• Step 1: Access https://wework.base.vn or the Base Wework app on the app bar.

• Step 2: Create a new goal:

You choose a project that needs to add a goal, in the information column on the right, in the Milestones section, click "Add" :

When the popup appears, fill in the information about the Goal name, the deadline to complete the goal  and @tag the person in charge of that goal (each goal has only 1 person in charge) and select Create to complete the operation.

After successful creation, the milestone will display as follows:

• Step 3 : Assign important tasks that need to be completed to achieve that goal.

On the task detail screen, click on Select target to assign the corresponding target to the task. Details as shown below:

With 1 task only associated with 1 target, when successfully attached the screen will display as follows:

3. Target management:
In the task detail screen, click on the Department name to link to the page to manage all targets in that Department.

When you click on a goal, the goal management page will appear: Here, you will be able to track the total amount of work attached to each goal, filter by each work status and grasp the progress % of goal completion up to the present time to have a suitable plan and solution to help complete the goal on time.
